How We Ship Our Livestock
At Frags 2 Fishes, we understand the importance of delivering your live animals safely and promptly. We ship all live items via UPS or FedEx overnight delivery. To ensure the well-being of your new aquatic friends, we use professional-grade insulated shipping boxes, multiple bags with aluminum bag clamps, and pack our fish with oxygen. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are flat rate calculated based on your zip code using our courier’s zone map. Discount shipping is available for orders over $50. Orders that contain fish are subject to a box fee to cover the additional box size and oxygen packaging. Tracking is sent automatically once the order is shipped. Shipping Guarantee
We take the utmost care to ensure your live animals arrive healthy and in good condition. However, if any problems occur during transit, we offer a Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy. To report a DOA, inform us within 2 hours of the delivery confirmation from the carrier, and email us photos of the DOA item(s) inside the sealed shipping bag. For fish orders, send a video of the unopened box being cut open and the unopened bag with the DOA fish inside. If we confirm a DOA item(s) and all requirements are met, we’ll provide store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
