Order Processing

After payment clearance, orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Orders with payments received from Wednesday noon EST onwards through Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Payments received over the weekend will be shipped on the subsequent Tuesday.

Ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. Any issues with delivery due to incorrect address or unsafe delivery locations will not warrant a refund. Frags 2 Fishes is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced during transit. For any delivery issues, please contact the respective carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). We’re here to assist with transit information or help you through the claim process which may take up to 3 weeks for resolution. Note that filing a claim does not guarantee compensation, but we are here to assist you throughout.


Orders will be shipped to the provided address at checkout. Ensure it’s accurate as we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, livestock orders cannot be shipped outside the Continental 48 states. If an address error is discovered post-purchase, contact us immediately.

Shipping is carried out from Monday through Wednesday, barring inclement weather. In case of weather-related delays, we will notify you. No refunds on shipping costs are provided for any reason.

Domestic Shipping and Handling

Shipping rates for livestock are determined by location and order total. For an estimate, use the shipping calculator. Extra charges may apply for fish orders due to larger packaging and increased shipping costs. Dry goods are shipped at actual ground rates. Please note, shipping surcharges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We will contact you post-purchase for these locations; however, livestock is not shipped to these areas.


All sales are final, with no exchanges allowed. Color accuracy for WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) items is not guaranteed due to lighting, monitor settings, and tank environment variations. No refunds are provided for deaths occurring during or after the acclimation process. Orders canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy

For any DOAs, email us photos within 2 hours of delivery confirmation by the carrier. The photos must show the DOAs in the sealed bag. Upon verification, we’ll advise on the next steps. Do not discard any DOAs until instructed. If verified, we’ll issue store credit for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. The guarantee does not cover DOAs due to carrier delays. Remember, no shipping charge refunds are provided.

All fish orders must include a video of the unopened box being cut open and the unopened bag showing the DOA fish.
