The Electric Blue Damsel, Pomacentrus coelestis, also known as the Neon Damsel, is a very popular fish for the home aquarium. They are excellent choices because they are hardy, small in size, vibrant, active, and easy to care for. They are best housed in tanks of at least 20 gallons with plenty of live rock – caution should be had when housing with other damsels of the same or other species. The Electric Blue Damsel eats a varied diet of frozen meaty and herbivorous foods.
