When do new auctions start?
New pieces are posted most Fridays. Each piece shows its exact bidding start and end time once posted, and this page counts down to the next run whenever nothing is live.
How does bidding work?
Every piece shows the current bid and the minimum next bid. Bid live, or set your maximum once and proxy bidding automatically bids only as much as needed to keep you in the lead, up to your max.
Can I buy without bidding?
Yes. Pieces posted ahead of the run can be purchased instantly with Buy It Now until bidding opens, and some pieces keep a Buy It Now price during the auction.
What happens if I get outbid?
You get an alert right away by email, app notification, or text message, with a link straight back to the piece so you can take the lead again before it ends.
How do payment and shipping work?
Winning pieces are added to your cart and you check out on the site like any order. Multiple wins combine into one box, packed with heat or cold protection as needed and shipped overnight in an insulated container.
