Though it seems to appear nearly identical to the Hollywood Stunner Echinopora, the ORA Aquacultured Sprung’s Stunner Coral (as its name suggest) has a distinguished pedigree originating from none other than Julian Sprung.

The ORA Aquacultured Sprung’s Stunner Coral is an attractive LPS coral featuring a purple base coloration dotted with beautiful bright green polyps. It is a relatively forgiving coral that is extremely hardy, fast growing, and tolerant of low light conditions.

The ORA Aquacultured Sprung’s Stunner Coral will thrive in a variety of lighting conditions, ranging from power compacts, T-5s, powerful LEDs up to the more intense metal halides. Alter their position in the aquarium depending on the lighting mentioned above. Keep in mind the ORA Aquacultured Sprung’s Stunner Coral can produce sweeper tentacles that can harm more docile corals and invertebrates. Be sure to provide sufficient space between the ORA Aquacultured Sprung’s Stunner Coral and other corals because of its semi-aggressive temperament.

The ORA Aquacultured Sprung’s Stunner Coral feeds mostly at night and will benefit from foods designed for filter feeding corals and invertebrates. For continued good health, the Ultra Color Chalice Coral benefits from the addition of calcium, strontium, and other trace elements to the water column.

The ORA Aquacultured Sprung’s Stunner Coral is attached to a Plastic Plug and can be easily placed in holes or between the rockwork of the reef aquarium.
