ALL orders must be paid within 24hrs of auctions ending or your items will no longer be held and will be offered for general sale. If there are any issues with your order please send us a message. Small dry goods and other live items can be added to your order at no additional shipping cost.

Shipping is calculated based on zip code using FedEx Zone Map. Local customer shipping ranges from $19.99-$39.99, outside local zones is $45-$55. Please find your zipcode on this page for actual flat rate shipping costs. Shipping discount only applies to the total of the first order placed. If the first order is $20 and the second order is $35 this DOES NOT qualify for discount shipping. Shipping is charged based on the total of the first order and is required when paying for your first order.
Shipping costs are for the entire order and if you wish to combine your order with a neighbor, friend, cousin, uncle, etc. that is okay. When completing checkout please choose the date you would like to receive your items. If we are holding your order until the following week please choose the date the following week you would like your items shipped out. There is currently a maximum of 15 orders that will be shipped out for each day, so paying for your order quickly will give you the most options for dates. As dates fill up additional dates will open up.
If you wish to combine your order with someone else please coordinate who will be receiving the order and ensure the “Ship To” address matches on the orders to be combined. If possible please also select the same delivery date for your order. Include a note in each order stating that the order is to be combined. We will discount the shipping costs per order based on the amount of orders being combined (2 orders 50%, 4 orders 25% off each order) If you prefer to split the shipping costs another way please message us. Full shipping costs need to be paid by all parties and it will be refunded back once the order is processed.
Tracking information will be sent automatically to your email & via text message, using your information in your profile, once your shipping label is created. Please check your junk mail/spam folder if you are unable to locate the emails. We offer step by step tracking for your order so you will know where it is during the shipping process. Please reply to the “Delivered” email with any order or delivery issues. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
During check out you will be asked to select a pick-up/delivery date. We give you 10 days to receive/pick-up your items. If something comes up and the date you selected is no longer good please message us to request a date change. We cannot guarantee available dates outside the 10 day windows from when auctions ended. Failure to pickup your items on the pick-up date selected will result in a 20% handling fee applied to your order as we pre-bag all corals the morning of pick-up, please be sure to notify us if you are unable to pick your items up at your requested date/time. You will only be prompted for a delivery/pick-up date on your first order, additional orders added on will ship on the date of your first order. If your order is not shipped or picked up within 21 days of the auction ending your order will be canceled and a gift certificate code for the entire purchase amount (minus taxes) will be sent to your email on file. NO notification will be give of this so please be sure to receive or pickup your order in a timely fashion.
Please do not select Local Pickup unless you are actually picking up your order. If you require shipping please select a shipping method. Do not select Local Pickup because you want to pay shipping later, there will be a $15 charge if we need to change your order from Local Pickup to Shipping. Please message us if there are any issues.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know if anything looks in poor health, even if it isn’t dead. Photos of any DOAs must be sent to us via email within 2 hrs. of delivery confirmation by carrier. After receiving photos we will advise what to do with the DOAs, do not discard until instructed. If DOAs are confirmed by us and photos sent within 2 hrs. we will issue a store credit code for the total purchase price minus any shipping charges and taxes. Failure to notify us within the 2hr time period will void any guarantees. No refunds will be given, only store credit.
If the coral you won is not healthy at the time of shipping we will replace with a comparable coral, if we are unable to replace it we will refund the purchase price. We will make this decision without notification to you. If 25%+ of the total value of your order is not up to our quality standards we will not ship your order out and will contact you to discuss.
While we try our best to have the correct names posted for each coral we are not responsible for typographical errors. Ultimately you are bidding on the coral pictured. If you believe we have incorrectly named an item please bring it to our attention via message so we can look into it.
