Tracking: Post shipping label creation, tracking details will be sent to your email and mobile. Report any delivery issues via the ‘Delivered’ email.
Pick-Up/Delivery Date: Select a date during checkout; you have a 10-day window for receiving or pick-up. Changes? Message us. Note: Failure to pick up on the scheduled date incurs a 20% handling fee.
